Lease Signing has Begun Published Nov. 22, 2005 By Senior Airman Rhina Portillochacon 375th Airlift Wing Public Affairs SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Resident’s lease signing has begun. “Under the Air Force Privatization Program, servicemembers who choose to live in privatized family housing must sign a lease,” said Hunt Pinnacle officials through a news release for base housing residents. “The lease term for each resident will be based on his/her move-in dates and will satisfy the original one-year requirement.” Base housing residents have this and next week to sign their lease The U.S. Air Force and Hunt Pinnacle will conduct lease signing today at building 1930 behind Pronto Pizza. Lease signings will not be offered Nov. 11 due to the holiday but will continue from 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Nov. 14 to 18 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 19. The lease signing process includes BAH and allotment processing paperwork, so residents are required to bring their military ID and a copy of their LES. Optional half-hour briefs followed by half-hour question and answer sessions will be held at 8 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3 p.m.
