Personnel files available online Published April 30, 2008 By Air Force Personnel Center RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Air Force Personnel Center headquarters has completed scanning all Unit Personnel Records Groups for Scott Air Force Base personnel. Access to the Automated Records Management System is available to active duty personnel. An "ARMS Member" button allows individuals to view their own record by logging on to AFPC Secure https://wwa.afpc.randolph.af.mil/afpcsecure/MainMenu.asp or it can also be accessed via the Air Force Portal. If any user has difficulties with ARMS, for example the ARMS button not available, if they are unable to view documents or if documents are missing, send an email to arms.conversion@randolph.af.mil with name, social security number and as much information as possible about the problem for correction. Encrypt e-mails if sending a full SSN, or send last four numbers of SSN only. If personnel are experiencing difficulties with their AFPC Secure account, they should contact the Personnel System Operations Control Center (800)616-3775 and select options 1,1,4 for military and 2,4 for civilians. Do not state the problem is with ARMS if you call the PSOCC. AFPC Secure and ARMS are separate entities. All personnel should review their record in ARMS within 90 days and notify AFPC at arms.conversion@randolph.af.mil of any discrepancies. Since there is a large amount of records and AFPC has limited storage space, they are slating the records "ready for destruction" shortly after they've been converted. Records will not be returned. If record discrepancies are not reported within the above time period, documents may not be available to research and correct the problem. For more information, contact Chris Gooding or Brian Johnson at 256-5966.
