SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Secretary of the Air Force, Michael B. Donley, visited Scott Air Force Base Wednesday and was greeted on his arrival by U.S. Transportation Command commander, Gen. Duncan J. McNabb, Air Mobility Command commander, Gen. Arthur J. Lichte, 375th Airlift Wing commander, Col. Gary Goldstone, in addition to the base Honor Cordon.
