SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --The new speed limit throughout all areas of base housing is 15 miles per hour. This speed limit is down from the previous 20 mph and 30 mph that were posted in some areas of housing. The speed limit drop is due to many people not following the rules and driving faster than is safe for the area. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Wesley Farnsworth)
