The 375th Force Support Squadron is changing its Identification Card and Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System appointment procedures to provide quicker and more flexible customer service scheduling.

Effective May 4, Team Scott members can call 256-1884 to make an appointment. An e-mail will be sent to members' Outlook account for confirmation.

"Appointments will be scheduled in 20 minute blocks," said Tech. Sgt. Michael Albert, 375th FSS Customer Support Section NCOIC. "By using the phone-in system, customers will have the chance to plan an appointment around their schedule."

Along with the new service the current appointment system has not changed.

"Customers can still sign in via the Air Force Portal, as well as the kiosks located adjacent to the ID customer service area," said Sergeant Albert.

Retirees, family members and those who don't have access to the .mil network will still need to visit customer service in person.
