SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE -- Maj. Cornell Burgess captured this photo of a tornado moving past the Shiloh West housing area on base. The National Weather Service reported a tornado at four places near Scott Tuesday evening: One in O’Fallon, Ill., near Interstate 64 and Green Mount Road, one in Belleville, Ill., near the intersection of Highways 177 and 158, and two more even closer to Scott.
