Although they represent the bottom of the rank structure, the "First Four" team came out on top during the First Professional Organization Games.
During the final game, Senior Airman Sigmund Farmer, 375th Force Support Squadron, stole the ball from the Dorm Council and passed it to Senior Airman Rashawn Duffy, 375th FSS, who made the winning basket. The final score was 36 to 37.

"It was fun," said Airman Duffy. "I got to play with people I don't usually play with and meet people from different squadrons."

"And we beat the shirts!" he added.

The games, sponsored by First Four, were held June 24-26 at the James Gym.
"We did it mainly to build morale," said Senior Airman Adrian Washington-Hall, 375th Medical Group. "We wanted to get everyone out here to have fun and it went well."

Each professional organization at Scott participated and donated $10 for a trophy.

The winning team consisted of: Airman Washington-Hall, Airman Duffy, Airman Farmer, Senior Airman Quintin Edwards, 375th Medical Group; Senior Airman Tiffany Owen, 375th FSS; Senior Airman Marcus Hollins, 375th Medical Group; Airman 1st Class Marcus Goss, 635th Supply Chain Management Group.

The First Four hopes to host more games in the future.
