Roads closed for repairs

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  Work began Monday at Scott to seal and stripe asphalt in certain areas needing repair.
The repair dates and affected areas are listed below and all affected areas will be marked accordingly with detour signs. This work is dependent upon the weather so the schedule below may change.
If a change to the schedule does occur for any reason, the 126th Air Refueling Wing will send out updated information.

· July 16-17: 126th ARW Flightline apron edges will be worked.
· July 20-21: Air Guard Way to Pryor Drive will be closed, including the east-side parking lot of the 126th ARW Vehicle Maintenance Building.
· July 23-24: 126th ARW POL facilities will be worked.
· July 27-28: Gunn Avenue, Gray Plaza, and Air Guard Way to Golf Course Road will be closed. A plan is being formulated to route traffic though the Scott Lake area, however, do not use that as a thru-way at this point in time, violators will be ticketed. The 126th ARW cold-storage facility will be worked during this timeframe as well.
· TBD: Behind the 126th ARW Medical Building and the road between the 126th ARW Medical and Supply Buildings, including the intersection and the road that leads to the 126th ARW Hangar between the 126th ARW AGE and Maintenance Buildings will be closed.
