Early morning light precedes launch

The 932nd Airlift Wing's, 932nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron medical members load up gear for an early morning flight, as shadows stretch across the runway. Members make final arrangements to carry medical equipment up a ramp, as they work together with ground crew, preparing to fly with "simulated patients" during a training flight, July 21, 2018 at Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
