Mobile DMV returning to Scott Published July 14, 2010 By Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles Illinois SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- The Illinois Secretary of State's Mobile Unit will be on base July 21 at the Scott Club from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The mobile unit will offer the following services: Driver Services: - Illinois driver's license (renewal, replacement, corrections, out of state transfers of drivers licenses) - Illinois identification card (renewal, replacement, corrections, first-time issue) - Instruction permits (first-time issue, replacements, corrections) - Voter registration - First-person consent organ donor registration Vehicle Services: - Titles only (duplicate or corrected titles) - New title and registration - New title and transfer of registration - Registration only - Transfer only of registration - Plate switch - Temporary and permanent disabled parking placards - Standard and specialty plates, including military plates, will be available on site. The mobile unit will not be able to provide CDL tests or driving tests of any class. The mobile unit's services are available to all Team Scott members.
