Base housing residents will receive one more mock bill

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --  With base housing residents expecting to receive their first live bill later this month for their January utility usage, they may be surprised to see another mock bill in their mailboxes this week--this one covering October-November consumption.

The continuation of mock billing was intended to provide comprehensive perspective of energy consumption, but the timing of delivery inadvertently confused many residents.

Live bills are expected to be in the mail after Feb. 15 with expected delivery before the end of the month, therefore residents will not receive any further mock bills.

Complete historical consumption for each account will be available electronically through Minol's management website presented on the bill. For more information on live utility billing, mock bills or Scott privatized housing, call the Scott Housing Management Office at 746-4911.
