U.S. Northern Command directs raised force protection levels Published May 1, 2011 By 375th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Today U.S. Northern Command directed military installations, to include Scott AFB, to raise its force protection condition to FPCON Bravo. The base will continue to vigorously exercise installation security and base visitors should expect minimal delays when visiting the base. Report any suspicious activity to local law enforcement or security forces. Any incident that poses a threat to base resourses is automatically investigated by the Air Force Office of Special Investiagion and the Secutiy Forces Squadron. For specific requirements about this change in force protection condition, members should contact their direct supervisor or squadron commander.
