She has published several best-selling books on these themes, entitled: "The Committed Life," "The Committed Marriage," "Life is a Test," and "Jewish Soul on Fire." "This is a tremendous opportunity to hear a brilliant, sage woman who has accomplished more goodness in her lifetime," said Cohen. "This is a woman who emerged from the depths of hell in Bergen-Belsen, who lost much of her family, yet who has devoted her life to rebuilding the Jewish people and uplifting Western civilization." In 1973, she founded Hineni, an international educational outreach movement whose mission is to inspire the Jewish people to return to their faith. Hineni gatherings have been held throughout the world. For more than 40 years, Jungreis has written a weekly column for The Jewish Press.
