SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Col. David Almand, 375th Air Mobility Wing commander, arrives at base operations June 6, 2013, after his final mission in the C-21, known as a fini flight. A change of command will be held June 14, whereupon he'll head to Joint Base Andrews, Md., to be the commander for the 89th Airlift Wing.
