Scott AFB remembers fallen during 9/11 ceremony Published Sept. 9, 2022 375th Air Mobility Wing SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Members from the 375th Air Mobility Wing took part in a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony outside of the 375th AMW Headquarters on Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Sept. 9, 2022, to commemorate the fallen during the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Retired New York City Fire Chief Dan Daly, who lost 343 of his fellow firefighters that day responding at Ground Zero, was the keynote speaker at the ceremony. Daly spoke about his experience that day and how it changed not only his life, but also the lives of so many Americans.
