Scott AFB adopts Air Force-wide finance ‘Customer Service Portal’

Staff Sgt. Kylie Walker, 375th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs broadcaster, logs into her computer station to use the Customer Service Portal at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Oct. 5, 2020. The program is designed to give Airmen the assurance that their documents have been received and creates a case history, so that any finance professional can pick up were a previous technician left off.
