Cadets become leaders at Scott AFB

U.S. Air Force Junior ROTC cadet Delevan McAdams, a senior at West Aurora High School, accepts the Field Day Flight Team award on behalf of I-flight from retired Air Force Major Michael Conley during Cadet Leadership Course graduation June 8, 2019, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. Throughout the week, 120 cadets experienced a variety of team building exercises and techniques that developed their leadership skills.
