Tech. Sgt. Daniel Brown, 375th Civil Engineer Squadron locksmith NCO in charge, shovels snow away from the tires of a plow truck to give the truck enough traction to continue clearing roads Jan. 12, 2019, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The initial road clearing process takes about three hours but must be continued for as long as the snow is falling to ensure motorists stay safe.
