Gen. Maryanne Miller become first four-star general in the Air Force Reserve
A star is on display during the promotion where Gen. Maryanne Miller received her fourth star, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Sept. 7, 2018. Miller later assumed command of Air Mobility Command, becoming both the first Reserve Airman to become a four-star general and the first Reserve Airman to command an Air Force major command outside of Air Force Reserve Command.
