Scott Chapel sponsors women’s resiliency fair

Fritzie Shinohara, a key spouse, and her daughter, Chloe, 4, visit the Green Dot booth at a women's resiliency fair March 23 at Scott Air Force Base. Green Dot is an innitiative aimed at preventing power-based violence among Air Force personnel. Visitors to the booth were encouraged to fill out ways to reduce violence.
