375th AMW Engine Room: Platform for Continuous Process Improvement
The 375th Mission Support Group CUBE members, Gailyn Gonzalez, Master Sgt. Christopher Garrett, and Maj. Sofia Ciro, helped put together the 375th Air Mobility Wing’s engine room to use for continuous process improvement activities for wing leadership. Col. Laura Lenderman, 375th AMW commander, and her team can collaborate in the engine room using CPI to align strategy, find solutions and resolve issues across the wing. The wall-sized board has displayed all the priorities from the Air Force down to point out issues that need to be addressed in a transparent and efficient manner.
