AF Continues focus on sexual assault prevention, awareness, victim advocacy
Col. Laura Lenderman, 375th Air Mobility Wing commander, signs the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month proclamation April 4, 2016, during a ceremony at the Scott Event Center to honor and thank the installation's Victim Advocates. The ceremony signified the beginning of SAAPM, which is designed to raise awareness about sexual assault and prevention. Lenderman is flanked by some of her leadership team who have key roles in SAAPM: Jamie Mattice, a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response specialist; Lt. Col. Kevin Catron, Staff Judge Advocate; 375th AMW Command Chief Wesley Mathias; and Chaplain (Capt.) Eli Dowell, wing chaplain staff.
