The 5210 Healthy Military Children Program is a program designed to help military children learn to make healthy choices. The program entitles children and their families to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, limiting screen time to two hours or less per day, exercising for one hour per day and reducing sugary drinks to zero.
