Scott AFB continues to improve fitness areas

A new Fitness Circuit has been installed around the James Gym track, November 24, 2015 at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The fitness trails circuit is designed to begin with stretching and warm-up exercises then to challenge you with more demanding exercises, followed by a cool down series leading to the finish.
