St. Clair County pioneer, Revolutionary War hero honored in Shiloh

Matt Rice, district director, Belleville, Illinois office, speaks on behalf of Illinois representative Mike Bost at a cenotaph dedication for Capt. Joseph Ogle at the Shiloh Valley Cemetery, Shiloh, Illinois, Sept. 27, 2015.
