Read to the Rhythm
During the Read to the Rhythm Summer Reading Program, children, teens and adults can earn prizes for reading through the library at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The program is designed to excite people about reading throughout the summer. Studies show that students who read throughout the summer lose less knowledge than their peers who do not.
