Netting keeps birds away from flightline, aircraft
Members from the 375th Safety Office, the 375th Operations Squadron, Mid-America Airport and the United States Department of Agriculture throw netting over a bridge on the flight line at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois April 15. The bird netting is being used to prevent cliff swallows from nesting there and ultimately reduce bird strikes. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Airman 1st Class Megan Friedl)
