Spouse finds inspiration, works through challenges for weight loss
Jessi McNulty, 26, uses an upper body machine while her personal trainer Nate Myers watches her for correct form, O’Fallon, Ill., Jan. 22, 2015. This Air Force spouse has been hitting this gym for nearly two years, during which time she has lost 90 pounds despite having temporal lobe epilepsy. Generally her workouts are total body-oriented. She and Myers monitor her heart rate to mitigate her seizures, which are exercise-induced. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Erica Crossen)
