Airman 1st Class Tyler Clay, 375th Medical Group medical technician, cuddles with his foster terrier mix Bandit, in his home, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Jan. 28, 2015. He and his wife Edna Pizano, volunteered to foster Bandit to await his owner’s return. Staff Sgt.
