Family Advocacy improves stress management class
William White, the 375th Medical Group Family Advocacy Program Outreach Manager, teaches the Stress Management Class that is offered at the 375th Medical Group, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Jan. 9, 2015. Family Advocacy recently revamped the course based off of feedback from attendees of previous classes to better help members of Team Scott. The material used is based off the book, The Tools: 5 Tools to Help you Find Courage, Creativity, and Willpower and Inspire you to Live Life in Forward Motion.
