Tobias Midkiff, 375th Civil Engineering Squadron station chief, shuts off a broken valve at the 126th Air National Guard’s fuel tanks at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Sept. 25, 2014. The 375th Air Mobility Wing Inspection Team observed the exercise, to ensure the most efficient approaches were taken to resolve the problem.
