Sergeant serves as financial adviser for operations group

Staff Sgt. Carlos Esguerra, 375th Operations Group Finance Resource Advisor, is trained in budget analysis from the 375th Comptroller Squadron who provides financial decision support to the OG commander and squadron commanders. This is a special duty that requires the Resource Advisor to give advice on budget planning, execution and accounting, while also offering additional support in areas such as Defense Travel Systems and MilPay.
