Retiree
Retired Chief Master Sgt. John Steffen, a volunteer in the Scott Retiree Activities Office, answers a question about where to subscribe to the Command Post if living off base. Steffen keeps record of how many phone calls the office gets throughout the day, and helps retirees and their families’ information about everything from TRICARE and entitlements.
