SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Airman 1st Class John, 375th Civil Engineering Squadron structural apprentice, and Senior Airman Pedro Mollina, 375th CES structural craftsman, build the foundation for the first "green fence" in front of Building 700, while Staff Sgt.
