Airpark planes on the move
126th ARW Fabrication Superintendent, Senior Master Sgt. Ramon Wrzek, raises a boom lift to put a few finishing touches on a C-141B before it is towed to the Scott Field Heritage Airpark Tuesday morning. Members of the 126th ARW have spent the last month restoring aricraft on their off-duty time. When the plane was delivered to the 126th ARW its paint scheme was a camoflage pattern, but it will now return to the paint scheme it had when it was used for the Hanoi airlifts. Although most of the preservation work is complete, final touches will be complete after the plane is in place at the airpark. (U.S. Air Force photo/ Monte Miller)
