SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Gen. Arthur J. Lichte, Air Mobility Command commander, looks on as members of the Airlift/Tanker Association and Aeromedical Evacuation Legacy Team unveil a bust dedicated to the Aeromedical Evacuation mission at the "Walk of Fame" on Scott, Sept. 25.
