SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --St. Clair County Central Communications, St. Clair County Emergency Telephone Systems Board, St. Clair County Special Emergency Services, MedStar Ambulance Service, Abbott EMS, O’Fallon Emergency Medical Services, Mascoutah EMS, Regional Hospital Coordination Center, MO-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team, Metro East Emergency Response Team and ARCH Air Medical Service, were all recognized Sept. 24th during a special recognition ceremony held by Col.
