Blood services award
SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. --Tech. Sgt. Teri Beswetherick, Air Mobility Command logistics directorate, was honored last week by the American Red Cross with their Blood Services Award for her volunteer work. Sergeant Beswetherick donates her time to the monthly blood drives on base and tends to the needs of the donors making sure they are comfortable. In addition to being a donor herself, Sergeant Beswetherick has contributed to the successful collection of more than 550 useable units of blood.
