Jeff Vaughn, 375th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Chief, briefs emergency personnel on the status of a simulated fuel spill during an exercise at Scott on Monday. Chief Vaughn was the on-scene commander in charge of directing personnel to where they are needed.
