Scott Library named best in the Air Force

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Sandy Koontz, Scott Library director, reads “The Cat in the Hat” by Dr. Seuss while Dee Bayley, Scott Library lead technician, acts the book out during Cat in the Hat Night March 18. The night brought families together and featured games, prizes and reading. The Scott Library was named the 2009 Air Force Library Program of the Year.
