Air Force General Duncan McNabb, U.S. Transportation Command commander and Army General David Petraeus, U.S. Central Command commander, greet the Honorable Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense, April 1, 2010 prior to the Secretary presenting the Joint Meritorious Unit Award to the U.S. Transportation Command.
