Change of Command
Lt. Gen. Robert R. Allardice, 18th Air Force commander, hands the 618th Tanker Airlift Control Center flag to Brig. Gen. Samuel D. Cox during a change of command ceremony at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., today. General Cox, the new 618th TACC commander, previously served as the Commandant of Cadets at the U.S. Air Force Academy, and replaces Maj. Gen. Mark S.
