SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill. -- Samantha Meinders reads to Brianna Speck and Jack Fondren in the nursery while their mothers participate in Mothers of Pre-Schoolers or MOPS, a support and activity group for mothers of young children sponsored by the Chapel staff.
