Chief Master Sergeant Quentin L. Davis is the Command Chief Master Sergeant of the 375th Air Mobility Wing, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. He is the wing’s senior enlisted leader and principal advisor to the commander on matters affecting the health, morale, welfare, readiness, professional development, and effective utilization of more than 2,900 personnel who provide aeromedical evacuation for patients, operational support airlift for high priority passengers, and ensure the nation’s global reach through air refueling. The 375th Air Mobility Wing also provides support to 36 mission partners including United States Transportation Command, Air Mobility Command, and the Eighteenth Air Force, totaling more than 13,000 active duty, Guard, Reserve, Department of Defense civilians, and
contract personnel.
Chief Davis is originally from Summerville, South Carolina and entered the Air Force in March 2006 as a Public Health technician. His background includes total force and joint service partnership in preventive medicine. Furthermore, Chief Davis has served as a First Sergeant, where he was
the primary advisor to multiple commanders for the health, morale, and welfare of all assigned personnel. Prior to his current position, he was the Senior Enlisted Leader, 56th Medical Group, 56th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.
