Local community pays tribute to Scott

Capt. Ryan Schiffner, Air Mobility Command A3 directorate and his son James, 2, ride a pony at the 17th Salute to Scott appreciation day June 6, 2011 at the O’Fallon Community Park, Ill. The Salute to Scott is an annual event held by the community of O’Fallon to pay tribute to the Scott Air Force base personnel and families.
