Legal office files claims for property damage

Airman 1st Class Jacy Carpenter, 375th Air Mobility Wing legal assistant, assists a government employee on Scott Air Force Base with a damage to personal property claim April 22, 2013, following severe weather which caused flooding in many areas on base.
