11th Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta

Airman 1st Class Tara Stetler, 375th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs photojournalist, and Airman 1st Class Kylie Walker, 375th AMW PA broadcast journalist, row their boat to victory during the 375th Force Support Squadron Outdoor Recreation’s 11th Annual Cardboard Boat Regatta Aug. 10 at the Fitness Center Pool, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Stetler and Walker represented the the 375th AMW PA as the “Air Force Ballers” and won the fastest time by finishing the race in 1 minute and 56 seconds.

The regatta featured 16 teams from various units at Scott competing for multiple categories, including top three fastest time, most creative design, best dressed team/support staff, and the dramatic fastest sinking boat.
