Showcase Airman: C-21A pilots with the 375th Operations Group

Eight C-21A pilots with the 375th Operations Group, including Lt. Col. Thomas Knaust, Maj. Taylor Todd, and Capts. Angus MacDonald, Alex Beveridge, Ramiro Rios, Jennifer Nolta, Mathew Williams and Waylon Mays, are this week’s Showcase Airmen. In the absence of Command Test Pilots, these pilots flew the first C-21A in the Avionics Upgrade Program. They spent days taking lessons with the avionics manufacturer and a Federal Aviation Association test pilot before they stepped foot in the airplane. This flight was key to building the training program for 100 pilots in the Air Force C-21A fleet.
