SSgt Talia Fulgham, 375th Operations Support Squadron Airfield Operations, has exhibited innovation along with fellow members, who have been querying aircrews about airfield services and what Scott AFB and the Operations Support Squadron can do better to increase the aircraft traffic flow at Scott. Her actions have resulted in increased training opportunities and increased readiness across Scott AFB. The "Communication" gained from the queries have resulted in a number of upgrades to the Airfield Operations Flight Planning Room. This and other upgrades have led to "Excellent" results thus far as Scott AFB has seen an increase in aircraft traffic of 25 percent in fiscal year 2015, directly increasing airfield and airfield support readiness. Innovations she led helped Airfield Management earn the Team Recognition Award during the 2015 Unit Effectiveness Inspection.
