Fuels
Airman 1st Class Trisha Lamarre, 375th Logistics Readiness Squadron Fuels Distribution Technician, replaces the label identifying the fuel used in a fuel yard container. The Air Force began converting aviation fuel from JP-8 to Jet-A in 2008, as part of an Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century initiative. The change has saved the Air Force $9 million dollars so far, and is projected to save $25 million dollars annually. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Erica Crossen)
